Disc Brake Conversion Kit w/ Slotted Rotors; Converts Rear Drum Brakes to High Performance Disc Brakes. Includes Slotted Rotors, Pad Set, Calipers, Backing Plates, Parking Brake Shoes, Brake Hoses, Parking Brake Cables and Hardware. The Included Rotors Feature a 5 on 4.5″ and 5 on 5.5″ Bolt Pattern.
